About

Turning operational experience into strategic outcomes.

I've led an 800+ user ERP transformation, delivered a significant cost reduction through a multi-site logistics overhaul, and built the reporting 250+ people rely on every day. My starting point is always the same: understand how the business actually works, then design the process, system, or dashboard that fits it, not the other way around.

The throughline

From navigating warehouse aisles to untangling business complexity.

Every role built on the one before it. Hands-on operations, systems delivery, and data & analytics: that combination is why I work well across the business, not just inside one function.

  1. 2011 – 2015

    Logistics Coordinator

    GPC Asia Pacific

Coordinated national transport operations across a large-scale distribution network, managing carrier performance, delivery scheduling, and issue resolution day to day. This is where the instinct for what actually happens on the ground was built, long before I ever wrote a business case.

  2. 2015 – 2018

    Logistics Improvement Manager

    NHP Electrical Engineering Products

Moved into improvement work, running end-to-end transport tenders and logistics optimisation initiatives that reset carrier agreements across the network. This is also where a multi-site transport management system took shape, laying the groundwork for a 27% reduction in transport costs. First taste of translating operational pain into a business case for change.

  3. 2018 – 2022

ERP Transformation Lead → Supply Chain Business Analyst

    NHP Electrical Engineering Products

Led the Warehouse & Distribution workstream for a Dynamics 365 F&O transformation across AU/NZ, taking it from process design through UAT and change management to a smooth transition for 800+ users. From there, moved into supply chain analysis, building the reporting frameworks that came directly out of that transformation.

  4. 2022 – 2024

    Business Analyst, Sales & Marketing

    NHP Electrical Engineering Products

Took the same analytical approach into a commercial context, building pipeline visibility, customer-focused KPIs, and campaign effectiveness reporting that gave the sales and marketing teams a clearer read on performance.

  5. 2024 – 2026

    Senior Business Analyst

    NHP Electrical Engineering Products

Brought it all together: reporting and analytics solutions used by 250+ stakeholders, and process improvements that cut manual reporting turnaround by roughly 25–35%.

  6. 2026 – Current

    Business Analyst (Organisational Performance)

South Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network

Built on my analytical experience in a broader business context, supporting performance reporting, process improvement, and the translation of day-to-day challenges into practical opportunities for change.

How I think

Five principles that shape every project.

Evidence before opinion

A recommendation is only as good as the data behind it. I test assumptions before I build on them.

Systems serve the business

Technology is only valuable if it actually gets used. Adoption is part of the design brief, not an afterthought.

Clarity over complexity

If a solution can't be explained simply, it probably isn't finished yet. Simple, well-structured answers hold up better than clever ones.

Improvement is continuous

A go-live is a milestone, not a finish line. The best outcomes come from measuring, adjusting, and improving after launch.

Practical over perfect

The best solution is the one that ships and keeps working, not the most elegant one left on paper.

Education & grounding

Analytical foundations, continuously sharpened.

Adapting to the future requires proactive growth. Every certification below represents self-directed effort on top of my daily responsibilities, including a dedicated focus on bridging traditional workflows with AI-driven capabilities.
